TERMS OF SITE & COURSE ACCESS AND PRODUCT PURCHASER AGREEMENT

Your access and use of www.unodostrae.com and any other publicly accessed site maintained by Uno Dos Trae linked to this Legal Notice (collective, the “Sites”) is your responsibility and indicates your agreement to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and our Website Privacy Policy. Uno Dos Trae takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected, and how it is used, when you visit www.unodostrae.com, www.tracydungo.com, or any of our domain variations (“Site”). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not visit the Site.

We reserve the right to amend or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please review it periodically. Your continued use of the site after any change in this Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of such change.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The only personal information we collect is what you give us. When you leave a comment, or communicate with us by email, you may elect to give us personal information such as your name, email address, geographic location, or other information which could be used to connect with you.

All site users may request their data (if any) to be modified, returned to them and/or deleted at anytime by emailing us at hello@unodostrae.com.

When you make a purchase through the Site, you will be submitting personal information to our third-party payment processor: Honeybook, Stripe, or PayPal. The collection and use of your personal information by Honeybook, Stripe, or PayPal is governed by their privacy policies (located here, here, and here, respectively). Uno Dos Trae is not responsible for information provided through any third-party payment processor it may use now or in the future.

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), the Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. Uno Dos Trae does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. NEWSLETTER PRIVACY

We offer the opportunity for you to volunteer certain information to us that is used for email and marketing purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name and email. You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from any future communications via email, but we reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers. We reserve the right to use this information as reasonably necessary in our business and as provided by law. Your information will be shared with reasonably necessary parties for the ordinary course of conducting our business, such as through Facebook ads or Google Pay Per Click marketing campaigns.

We do not ever sell your information to third parties.
